FRE proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. If your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced at FRE's discretion within 1 year from the date of purchase.

4 Step Process for Warranty Claims:

To ensure your product qualifies for a replacement, please follow these steps: 

1. Eligibility Criteria: 

– The product must not have been in an accident. 

– The product should not have been exposed to harsh elements. 

– The product must be less than 1 year old 

2. Submit a Claim: 

– Send an email to [email protected] with photographs of the defect and a detailed explanation of the issue. 

 – Include “Warranty Request” in the subject line.  

– Provide your original order number and/or receipt in the email. 

– Our customer service team will review and respond within 72 hours

3. Return Authorization: 

– If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

– You must then ship your item for inspection. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

– Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package when shipping for a return. 

5. Replacement: 

– Once received and approved, a replacement product will be shipped. If the item has been discontinued, a comparable product or refund will be issued. 

– FRE will cover the cost for the replacement shipping.

“Refund Policy” Fire Ready Enterprise is devoted to providing a quality experience and product. We have a high level of pride in the designs and quality built into our FRE straps. All FRE webbing and straps are fully refundable, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and meets our return requirements. The products requesting to be returned must be returned in new and unused condition with no signs of use, free from damage, and clean. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer requesting the return. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with  the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once FRE receives the returned product, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. After the inspection period, if qualified, a refund will be issued. For purchases made through other retailers, please contact their customer service for assistance with returns.
