Refund and Returns Policy

“Refund Policy” Fire Ready Enterprise is devoted to providing a quality experience and product. We have a high level of pride in the designs and quality built into our FRE straps. All FRE webbing and straps are fully refundable, excluding shipping costs, if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and meets our return requirements. The products requesting to be returned must be returned in new and unused condition with no signs of use, free from damage, and clean. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer requesting the return. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with  the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once FRE receives the returned product, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. After the inspection period, if qualified, a refund will be issued.
